These Promotional and Event Terms and Condition apply when a Promotion or Event is announced on air or on the websites, and will apply for as long as the promotion or event is running.

These Promotional and Event terms and Conditions apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions as published on the bid shopping websites. In the event of any conflict between the Promotional and Event Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, the General terms and Conditions will apply.

Tommy and Kate Birthday Prize Draw – 6th February 2012

1. The Tommy and Kate Birthday Event Prize Draw starts on Monday 6th February 2012 and lasts for one week.
2. Everyone who purchases an item from the Tommy and Kate collections between Monday February 6th and Sunday February 12th via telephone or on any of the three Bid Shopping channels bid, price drop and speed auction or buys on the corresponding websites during the event times is entered in to the Tommy and Kate Birthday Event Prize Draw.
3. The event time is: Monday 6th February 2012 at 04:00 until Monday 13th February 2012 at 04:00
4. To enter the draw with an equal chance of winning without purchasing, please send your name, address and telephone number to reach us no later than 7.45am, Wednesday 15th February 2012, to win@bid.tv with 'Tommy and Kate Birthday Prize Draw' in the subject line. No purchase is necessary.
5. Sit-up Ltd cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed or illegible entries to the draw nor for any problems related to telephone networks/lines, computer systems or equipment including any Internet issues such as traffic congestion. Proof that an e-mail has been sent will not be deemed proof of receipt. E-mails will be entered when they arrive and are time stamped at sit-up Ltd.
6. If you purchase during the event on bid, but you do not wish to be automatically entered into the draw – contact us via email at win@bid.tv with 'Declined Tommy and Kate Birthday Free Prize Draw' in the subject header and your name and full address in the body of the email and we will remove your details from the draw.
7. 1st Prize – £250 in Bid Shopping Vouchers, a Tommy and Kate handbag, Baylis and Harding Wild Rose and Raspberry Leaf  and Moonlight Lavender bath sets, Tommy and Kate hat and scarf set, Beauty Talk Cosmetics Retro Beauty, Effortless Glamour and the Latest Looks make-up sets, Cosmopolitan ladies watch and a Tommy and Kate purse.

8. The prizes will be dispatched to the winner within 30 days of the end of the promotion period. No cash or alternative prize will be offered.
9. Sit-up Ltd reserves the right to replace any prize with one of equal value should we deem this necessary for any reason.
10. Sit-up Ltd. does not accept any liability for prizes which are lost, delayed or damaged in the post or otherwise not validly received by you. It is the prize winner's liability and responsibility.
11. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received within 14 days of the end of the promotion.

13. All entrants must be a UK resident, aged 18+.

17. Sit-up Ltd's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

19. You agree you will not by any act or omission do anything, which might bring sit-up Ltd or its channels into disrepute.
20. Sit-up Ltd reserves the right to request proof of identity and address in the form of your passport or driving licence, and proof of your address in the form of a utility bill. sit-up Ltd may also carry out an interview in order to validate such claims. Interviews may be by telephone or in person with you and may be recorded. If you refuse to provide any of these details or participate in or answer all questions raised in such an interview without good reason then your place in the draw will be treated as invalidated and the Prize may be withdrawn.

Win24 Competition Entry Subscription Service

1. The Win24 competition entry service advertised on the Bid Shopping website is a monthly subscription service with a minimum contract period provided by Win24 Ltd. By completing this application for a subscription you are entering into a commitment to a monthly subscription with Win24 as described in their T&C's.
2. Bid Shopping cannot and do not take responsibility for the collection or use of personal data from Win24 Ltd or any third party sites including any Personal information, credit card or bank account details. You should refer to the Win 24 privacy policy on how they use your personal details.
3. The content of the Win24 Ltd subscription forms and any other third party connected to this service are not within Bid Shopping's control, and Bid Shopping cannot and will not take responsibility for the information or content thereon.

Remember Your First Time - Terms and Conditions

1. The ‘Remember your first time’ prize draw runs from Saturday 28th January 2012 and runs until Sunday 5th February 2012.There is one prize of £1,000 in the form of a valid company cheque. The draw will be made after the close of the promotion from customers who qualify in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. All customers who make a purchase for the first time on bid tv, price-drop tv or speed auction tv from 7:45am Saturday 28th January 2012 and runs until Monday 6th February 2012 at 04:00am will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win £1000 cash.  Customers will not be told whether or not they have qualified for entry into the prize draw.
3. Customers who are barred, or have pre-bid on a sell will be excluded from the competition even if they rebid after the sell has gone live, or cancel orders before the final promotion date will be excluded from the draw to win £1000.
4. sit-up Ltd cannot be held responsible for any problems related to telephone networks/lines, computer systems or equipment, internet issues including traffic congestion which prevent or delay a customer from placing or confirming an order to be entered into the draw.
5. If you wish to be entered for the draw without making a purchase send an email to win@bid.tv with ‘Enter Remember your first time Prize Draw’ in the subject header and your name and full address in the body of the email, stating exactly which product you are entering the competition for, with the time of the sale and date. This must be for a product on sale on bid, price drop or speed auction on the day of your email.
7. The time which we receive your email will be taken as the time of entry.

Buy 3 items or more - Get a £5 Voucher

2. Any items which are ordered and then returned or cancelled will not count towards your 3 purchases.
3. Only one £5 voucher per customer will be given and no additional vouchers will be given for over 3 items purchased.
4. The voucher is valid for any purchases from bid shopping (sit-up) excluding online purchases.
